SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Sherwood watches ship Internationally by either express courier or registered mail from the United Kingdom. Unless stated in the order described as a pre-order, delivery takes 3-10 working days depending on the recipients' location. On rare occasions, isolated areas can take longer, but rest assured you receive what you ordered your money back guaranteed. Unless it's a pre-order, orders are processed and sent within 2 - 4 working days, and a tracking number is provided.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
WATCHES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping) within seven days of receiving your purchase. All returned or exchanged items must be in new UNWORN condition (with all the plastic protection adhesives intact and still glued to the watch), in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of the return shipping costs.
Before shipping your return, please email us at support@sherwoodwatches.com to receive the return instructions and authorisation code. This code is necessary to identify the returning parcel. If you return the watch without the RMA code, we'll not be able to process it, and we will send it back to you.
After receiving the timepiece, we'll inspect it and verify if there are any marks on its case, glass or strap. If it is in perfect condition, we will issue your total refund. But if there is any sign of usage, unfortunately, we won't accept it, and we will send it back to you.
Accessories
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 90 days of receiving it (excluding watches) you can return your unused purchase.
